Shipping Process:

  • Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Local Pickup: Choose the "Pickup" option at checkout if you prefer to pick up your order in person.  We will contact you by [email/phone] when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Responsibility for Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier for any issues with your shipment.

Return Policy:

How long does processing take?

Each order is handmade, so processing time varies. You’ll see an estimate at checkout, and I’ll keep you updated once your order is confirmed.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes—if tracking is available for your shipping method, you’ll receive tracking information after your order ships.

What if I receive a damaged scrunchie?

I want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, message me with a photo and your order number, and I’ll help make it right.

What should I do if I’m unhappy with my order?
